You are where you are because of your B.S. – YOUR BELIEF SYSTEM!  Early on in her career, she realized women were buying into the industry myths around Women and Money.  Shantania decided she had to do something after repeated visits with ladies who were a force to be reckoned with in every area of life – but not their finances.  [WE] was birthed to help women confidently and boldly express themselves in the area of finances all while speaking a language they could understand.   Wealth and Elegance strategically marries  topics such as ‘MakeUp & Money’, ‘Fashion & Finance’ and even ‘Health and Wealth’ to name a few.   A customized in person or virtual event can be tailored for your organization. 

 

Shantania’s mission is to expose women to the knowledge, tools and resources necessary to make money, understand money and make it work for them. Shantania coaches hundreds of women each year who are more educated, equipped and empowered to use their voice when it comes to their finances.   Through lessons learned from personal and professional experience, Shantania teaches about financial principles, concepts and their powerful effect, but what she gets most excited about is the space she has created for women to dream again!
